Traditional and contemporary guest bathroom
This customer wanted to replace an over-bath shower system with a contemporary stand-along shower enclosure in a traditional bathroom.
What we did
We recommeded the shower enclosure and thermostatic shower system and various styles of sanitary ware. The customer decided their preferred mix of traditional and contemporary and we then designed the layout around the feature bath and shower.
We were able to incorporate the separate shower enclosure in the bathroom by making changes to the plumbing and heating systems, which included relocating the hot water cylinder and airing cupboard.
The customer's builder carried out the necessary structural changes and decoration.
