Shower room for customer with reduced mobility
Our customer wanted to remove the bath and replace it with a shower enclosure to allow easy access to the shower area without the need to open a door. The rest of the room was to be refurbished to include new plumbing, additional storage, new heating and towel rail.
What we did
We designed a new layout around a walk-in shower with single glass panel and a shower seat. The contemporary style thermostat shower system with overhead shower rose and a wall sliding rail with removable handset provided alternative showering options for the user. The bespoke Corian platform enabled us to provide a drying area separate to the carpeted bathroom floor.
Our plumbers fitted a new w.c., bidet and basin along with new bathroom furniture, mirror, lighting and a radiator.
We took care of all the plastering, tiling and electrics to provide a complete service to the customer.
